Every order is important to us because we know how important it is to you. We earnestly endeavour to please every customer with beautiful flowers and accommodating service. Knowing that flowers are a perishable natural product and that floral arrangements and floral gifts are handmade, we make every effort to fortify our floral products and ensure the quality, accuracy, and beauty of our work. Many variables determine whether a flower will last as long as anticipated or whether a designer has created something which you will enjoy. Because we constantly seek ways to bring some of these variables under our control for improved floral performance, we welcome your comments and inquiries. Also, if you are not completely satisfied with the quality of one of our products, then please contact us immediately and we will gladly work with you to try to resolve it.
We always do our best to accommodate our customers’ delivery needs. However, we are not able to guarantee delivery at a specific time of day. We will do our very best to deliver within a two hour window upon your request. To request this specific delivery window, please type it into the Special Delivery Instructions field during checkout. Please note that we normally deliver between the hours of 10am and 3pm, so requests outside of those parameters may not be able to be accommodated. Before major holidays, we strongly recommend that you place your orders several days in advance.
Taxes are based on prevailing rates in the area of our store location.

Funeral Arrangements
Funeral arrangements typically require additional lead-time. If your sympathy or funeral order requires delivery at a specific time of day, please try to let us know several days in advance so we can best accommodate your needs. Sunday deliveries are not available.
Delivery to Hospitals
We are experienced at making deliveries to hospitals. When placing your order, please be sure to include the hospital name and telephone number, the name of the recipient and room number or ward of the recipient. We will send your gift bouquet in accordance with facility procedures, as most hospitals do not allow florists to personally deliver to individual rooms. Please note that many ICU patients are not permitted to receive flowers. Please check with the hospital before placing your order.
Delivery to Businesses
Please be aware that some offices and buildings are secure and do not allow our drivers to access the building. In such a case, we will follow the policies of the business and leave it with security or reception, if allowed. Should we be denied the opportunity to leave the delivery, we will attempt to contact you and make you aware. A change of address or additional delivery will incur a fee.
Substitution Policy
Fresh Flowers: We are committed to delivering your important emotional sentiments on time and as fresh and beautiful as possible. Because of the nature, seasonality, and regional availability of flowers it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions of equal or greater value. We will make every effort to maintain the "look and feel" of the arrangement by considering the overall shape, size, style, and color combinations. In single-variety arrangements, the variety will take precedence over color. For instance, if an order is for yellow daisies, they will substitute another color of daisies, not another yellow flower. White roses and cream roses may be substituted for each other as well as peach roses and pink roses. Purple and pink orchids may need to be substituted for white orchids and visa versa.
Plants: For green and blooming plants, similar plants may be substituted of equal or greater value. For one-of-a-kind plants, such as orchids, we will make every attempt to match the plant type, but may substitute with another color. Containers for plants will be of similar value.
Gift Baskets: Substitutions within a basket may be made with items of greater or equal value if necessary to guarantee freshness and timely delivery.
Substitutions for Special Occasions: Due to the importance of delivering orders for special occasions, such as funerals, birthdays, and anniversaries, on specific days, we may make a substitution of equal or greater value to ensure timely delivery, if the flowers you requested are not available, and we are not able to contact you via the phone number(s) or email address you provided us.
Delivery Policy
If No One is Home or at the delivery location: Depending on the delivery location, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the gift in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return, such as at the door, with security, with reception, with a neighbor, or leave a message for the recipient to call to arrange for delivery. We will attempt to call both the sender and the recipient before returning the delivery to our shop. Please understand that with the hot temperatures in Florida, leaving the items at the door is not always an option. If no viable option is available and the delivery must be made again, there will be an additional delivery fee charged.
Recipient Maybe Contacted: In some cases, the florist may contact the recipient to ensure s/he will be home to accept the delivery. This may also be necessary if we need additional information in order to make the delivery.
Request to Leave Item at Door: The customer assumes all liability for requests to leave arrangements. We highly discourage special instructions requesting delivery to a doorstep, porch, yard or any location where the recipient cannot accept the arrangement themselves. We cannot be held responsible for missing or faulty product due to this special request.
Cancellations & Replacements
To provide you with the best possible service, you can cancel your order at anytime prior to it being made. If your gift is made, en route or delivered, we will be unable to cancel the order. To cancel an order, please call our store at 813-932-6116.
